By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
BriqHaus is a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform designed for real estate professionals. The Service provides tools for project management, inventory tracking, lead management, team collaboration, document generation (quotations, booking forms, contracts), and analytics and reporting for real estate businesses.

You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload, create, or manage through the Service, including property listings, project details, inventory data, lead information, client records, and generated documents. We do not claim ownership of your data.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access, process, and store your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This includes generating reports, creating documents, and delivering analytics based on your data.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of all data you input into the Service, including property details, pricing, and client information. We are not liable for decisions made based on inaccurate data entered by users.
The Service, including its design, features, code, documentation, branding, logos, and all related intellectual property, is owned by EnvisionNext LLP and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or security purposes. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnvisionNext LLP and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements, produce any particular business results, or that analytics and reports generated will be error-free.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EnvisionNext LLP from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party, including the data you upload or manage through the platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
